Our client, a premier real estate investment management company based in NYC, is seeking a Human Resources Coordinator to join their team! The position isa 6–month hybrid, contract role, working 4 days per week (Monday – Thursday). Their beautiful office is located in Midtown, Manhattan.

Job Responsibilities
- Perform administrative tasks for the HR team such as scheduling meetings, registering guests, ordering supplies, completing expense reports, and processing vendor payments
- Coordinating recruitment activities (ex: scheduling interviews, posting jobs, tracking applicants and travel arrangements)
- Coordinating logistics with appropriate parties for new hire, transfer, and termination announcements
- Utilize Workday to process all HSCM Core, Recruiting, and Onboarding tasks (ex: Coordination of HR initiative logistics)
- Perform other duties as assigned

Skills and Qualifications
- Undergraduate degree in applicable field is required
- 2 years corporate office support experience
- Strong working knowledge of Workday HRIS
- Experience with Coupa and Concur preferred
- Strong organizational and excellent communication skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize to effectively meet deadlines
- Project management skills and attention to detail
- Ability to remain calm under pressure
- Proactive, self-starter, and a team player with a positive attitude that can work with minimal supervision
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Software

Pay Rate: $33 - $38 per hour based on experience
